1. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites (hyperlinks) that are outside the author's area of ​​responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into force if the author had knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent use in the event of illegal content. The author hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were created, no illegal content was recognizable on the pages to be linked. It can be assumed that digital as well as physical documents can be completely lost. Runner GmbH cannot provide a guarantee. This can be the case, for example, in the case of water and fire damage.  ​4. Likewise, and by arrangement, employees of Runner GmbH can be reached 6-10 hours a day and 300-365 days a year. It may happen that all employees are busy and no one can answer the phone. It may happen that the office is not occupied for exceptional reasons .
